The Meeting Place was born out of a vision to create a space where businesses of all sizes could thrive without the burdens of traditional office overhead. We are a local, community-focused business that understands the unique challenges of entrepreneurship, especially on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Since opening our doors in 2016, we’ve seen firsthand how the right environment can fuel creativity, collaboration, and growth. From freelancers and startups to established companies and transitioning veterans, we provide a dynamic, flexible workspace tailored to meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce.

Secure a professional business address with mail handling services. Members may opt to have mail forwarded via USPS or held for pick-up. Package reception is also available for added convenience.
Virtual (limited): Enjoy the security of having an official business address. You can choose to have your mail forwarded to you through the USPS or, for an additional $10/month, we can forward your mail or hold it for pick up and receive your packages for pick up as well.

Perfect for professionals who regularly meet one-on-one with clients. Reserve the small conference room each month in flexible time blocks, designed to fit your schedule.
Meeting (as scheduling permits): Just need a small room on a regular basis to meet one-on-one with clients? Well, here you go! Our small conference room can be all yours each month in up to 5 one hour or 10 thirty minute blocks.
$100/month
Designed for teams working on mid-term projects or campaigns. This membership provides extended access to private meeting space and collaborative areas, supporting groups up to four people with ongoing workspace needs.
Extended Meeting (as scheduling permits): Got a 3 month project coming up and nowhere to gather the troops? Need to meet with your sales team on Mondays and Wednesdays to keep morale high? Enjoy up to 8 hours a week in a private conference room for team meetings, think tanks, project reviews, proposal preparation, and/or brainstorming sessions and daily collaborative space use for up to 4 people.
$600/month
Enjoy the freedom to work in a variety of open spaces—from desks to couches—with access to high-speed internet and printing services. Includes private meeting room time monthly to support both solo work and client collaboration.
Collaborative (25): Pull up a desk, one of our comfortable chairs or the sofa, put in those earbuds, and get to work. No pressure to buy coffee plus you have access to the fastest internet in town and a copy machine. Also included are 4 hours of private time in the small conference room at no additional cost to you!

Created for teams and trainers who need space for recurring workshops, conferences, or strategy sessions. Book time in our collaborative or event space each month to keep your momentum going.
