Our small conference rooms seat 4-6 people, are available in 1 hour blocks, and include internet access for you and your guests during your meeting as well as audio/visual set up and complimentary water service (if requested).
- Non-members: $40.00
- Members: $20.00
- Private Members: Included (up to 8 hrs/month)
Day and half day rates as well as copy/print and notary services are available upon request.
Large Conference Rooms
Our large conference rooms seat 6-10 people, are available in 1.5 hour blocks, and include internet access for you and your guests during your meeting as well as audio/visual set up and complimentary water service (if requested).
- Non-members: $75.00 (Water St) and $80.00 (Howard Ave)
- Members: $37.50 (Water St) and $40.00 (Howard Ave)
- Private Members: Included (up to 8 hrs/month)
Day and half day rates as well as copy/print and notary services are available upon request.
Event Spaces
Our Event Spaces are available in 1.5 hour blocks.
These spaces are perfect for direct sales parties and team training sessions – offering flexible seating options, plenty of space to take notes, and a slightly less intimidating setting where people feel encouraged to learn and participate in discussions. Internet access, AV setup, and complimentary water service are included for you and your guests (if requested) during your session.

Collaborative Spaces
Our Collaborative Workspaces are available during business hours and moonlight as Event Spaces after hours.
These are our coworking spaces and are communal rather than private. Internet access is included for you (if requested) during your session.
- Non-Members: $30.00/day (Water St) and $50.00/day (Howard Ave)
- Members: $25.00
- Private Members: Included (up to 8 hrs/month)
