• Virtual Membership: Ideal for businesses that need an official address without the overhead. Includes mail forwarding and package receipt options.

• Virtual + Membership: Provides all the benefits of our Virtual Membership, plus access to collaborative spaces and a small conference room for limited use each month.

• Meeting Membership: Designed for those who need a professional space to meet clients one-on-one. You can reserve our small conference room for several one-hour or thirty-minute sessions each month.

• Conference Membership: Perfect for businesses or teams that need space for regular meetings, workshops, or training sessions. This membership offers access to our larger collaborative/event space.

• Collaborative Membership: A flexible, open-concept co-working space for those who prefer to work alongside others. Includes high-speed internet, comfortable seating, and the option to book conference room time when needed.

Yes, The Meeting Place in Biloxi, MS, offers Virtual Memberships at our Water St. location. These memberships provide businesses with a professional business address and mail forwarding services. Additionally, Virtual Members can access collaborative spaces and conference rooms for an additional fee.

At The Meeting Place, the front desk is monitored at all hours. However, members enjoy 24/7 access to office spaces based on their specific membership level. Whether you have a Virtual+, Collaborative, or Private membership, you can access your workspace whenever you need it, even outside of regular business hours, to accommodate your schedule and work style.

The Meeting Place currently operates two locations in Biloxi, Mississippi:

1. Water St. – Situated in the heart of Historic Downtown Biloxi, this location offers a range of virtual options, coworking spaces, private offices, and meeting rooms, catering to various business needs.
2. Howard Ave. – Located just off Rue Magnolia, this site focuses on providing private offices and meeting spaces, ideal for professionals seeking a dedicated workspace.

Both locations are designed to support business professionals with flexible membership options and a suite of amenities to enhance productivity and growth.

The Meeting Place offers a comprehensive suite of services and amenities designed to support businesses at every stage. • Meeting & Conference Rooms: Reserve our large conference room or training room in 1.5, 4, or 8-hour blocks. Special rates are available for extended use.

• Workshop Space: Host your next workshop or webinar with our assistance in preparation and setup.

• Project Space: Access areas equipped with ample counter or table space for reviewing large-scale documents and project preparation.

• Kitchen Area: Enjoy complimentary coffee and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, and refrigerator.

• Web Presence Starter Package: Benefit from domain registration, hosting, email services, a basic 1-2 page informational website, and optional management with statistics reporting.

• Business Classes & Seminars: Participate in educational opportunities covering topics from transitioning out of the military to mastering MS Office and strategies for business growth.

Professional Services (Available by Appointment):

• HR Consultant: Assistance with benefit analysis, policy & procedure composition, job descriptions, conflict resolution, and handbook development.

• IT/Web Presence Consultant: Services encompass PC maintenance, Office suite assistance, social media account setup, and maintenance tutorials.

• CPA Services: Financial consultation available by appointment.

Yes, The Meeting Place offers furnished office spaces at both locations. Each of the private offices are fully furnished and ready for immediate use, providing a professional environment without the need for additional setup.

Additionally, the Conference Room workspaces are located are both locations and are designed with comfort and functionality in mind.

Yes! Options can be discussed at signing.

Yes! Hot Desk Options are available. Call for more information.

Fiber with symmetrical speed is available at both locations.

A complimentary variety of keurig pods are available at both locations.

Reservations are managed through the client portal.

B/W printing costs an additona $0.10/piece
Color printing costs an additional $0.25/piece

Not available for Virutal Memberships.

All common spaces are cleaned once a week. 

Offices may be cleaned on request with advance notice.

All bathrooms are private and unattached. Bathrooms are ADA compliant.


Water Street offers an on-site shower (cleansing/hair care products & towel NOT included)

We have an Executive Apartment available for overnight stays at an additional cost.

Service Animals are welcome in compliance with Mississippi State Laws and Regulations.

Pets may be taken to exercise and/or relieve themselves in the large grass lot behind our building.  This lot is owned by the City of Biloxi and any solid waste must be removed after your pet deposits it.  Please bring the appropriate tools for this with you.  These tools and the waste may not come inside the building.  Waste may be disposed of in the brown outside trash bin.

The Meeting Place Conference locations can accommodate up to 20 people.
